Syria Alert XII: Starvation as a weapon

Condemn that starvation is used as a weapon by the Assad regime and some armed opposition groups and make sure that adequate help is provided to the increasing flow of refugees in the coming winter. These are two of the six recommendations of the Syria Alert issued by peace organization IKV Pax Christi.
