All of us at PAX are responsible for respecting our values and for observing a high standard of integrity, wherever we work. We also share the responsibility for a safe work environment for employees and safe cooperation with our partner organisations. We must do all we can to prevent improper conduct and learn from our mistakes.
PAX Integrity policy
PAX’s integrity framework includes an integrity policy, a whistleblowers’ policy, and a code of conduct which must be signed by all employees, there is also an internal team of integrity officers. The integrity policy aims to prevent incidents in the first place and allows for them to be reported as easily and safely as possible if they do occur. All reports received by our integrity officers will be thoroughly investigated and treated with confidentiality.

Reporting violations of integrity
If you experience, see or suspect that an employee or volunteer of our organization does not act with integrity, please let us know.
If you are concerned about misconduct, it is important not to investigate or gather evidence yourself, but rather to report your suspicions as soon as possible.
You can report your concerns about misconduct through the Webform Integrity Violation available in Dutch and English (you can switch to English in de top righthand corner of the form).
All reports will be received by the Integrity Officers and will be treated with confidentiality. Once we receive your report, we will get in touch with you about the next steps.
You may also submit a report anonymously, if you wish. However, please be advised that if insufficient information is provided, this may affect our capacity to respond.
