Continuous human rights and international law violations with impunity contribute to catastrophe in Yemen.
PAX, together with 13 other organizations, calls on Security Council members to refer the situation in Yemen to the ICC, expand the list of persons subject to sanctions, and integrate the human rights dimensions of the conflict.
