The second batch of over 50 female advocates and male allies graduated in October 2025 from a PAX-organized training series focused on judicial reforms, lobbying, advocacy skills, and international legal instruments to combat gender-based violence. The trainings, which began in February 2025 and were funded by the German government through the EWI project, aimed to equip female lawyers to champion women’s rights and drive legal reforms in South Sudan. Graduates expressed strong commitment to applying their skills, forming networks, and taking on responsibility for advocating in their communities. PAX extended gratitude to the German Federal Foreign Office for their continued support in empowering South Sudanese women through the Empowered Women Influence Project.
