Syria Alert Issue X: Human security in Syria’s liberated areas

The recent formation of the Syrian National Coalition for the Forces of the Opposition and the Revolution brought a new dynamic in the Syrian revolution and better chances for the European Countries and the EU to have a constructive role. Among the many tasks for the Coaltion, one of the main priorities will be to improve the human security in the liberated areas of Syria.
