Second cohort of Policy Makers graduate with skills on judicial reforms, lobbying and advocacy

More than 50 policymakers from national and state assemblies gathered in Juba in October 2025 for a PAX-organized, German-funded workshop on judicial reforms, lobbying, and advocacy skills to combat gender-based violence and promote gender equality. The second cohort of female lawmakers and male allies gained practical skills to influence legislation and empower women across South Sudan’s 3.5 million areas. Participants expressed enthusiasm for applying their skills in parliament, with PAX commending the German Federal Foreign Office for their unwavering support in making the impactful training possible.
