CPA Alert 2 – The State of Sudan’s Comprehensive Peace Agreement

In this second CPA Alert, Dutch peace movement IKV Pax Christi sounds the alarm for the Sudan peace process now in its final and decisive phase. The Comprehensive Peace Agreement is the only bulwark holding off a new war. Policymakers still seem to underestimate the urgency of the historical referendum about Sudan’s future to be held in early 2011.
